What would happen in 10 years from now well I might be me living in a house not far from here. I would have friends living with me and they would help rent it with me. It would just be a tempery house i dont know where but rent would be not very much cause my friends would help me pay for it. My work would be drywallling and tiling and doing wood floors. I would drive a truck and work on old vintage muscle cars to help pay for every thing else. Dry walling makes between 36,000-47,000 a year on average. I’m going to have a house eventually but I’ll probably just rent a house with friends until I can afford to buy a house.

I want to flip houses which is where you buy house that have been foreclosed on and you fix them up and resell them for a profit it’s a risky job because e you have to worry about the house not selling so you have to pick a house in a good school area and fix in within 2 to 3 months you should also do 3 to5 houses at a time so you don’t have to worry about the houses not selling so you have a house selling every other week it good money but it doesn’t come easy but it is worth it and it can be fun especially if you like houses the only hard part is starting out you need to have some staring money and know where to put the money and remember the best looking house sells so you will need some staging money to stage the house for when you have open houses also you don’t always need a garage because you can always rent the house and that is a way to make some decent money and it guaranteed money ever month so it’s not bad another good thing about this job is that you can retire early and have a lot of money in the bank If save some that what I’m going to do im going to work for like 10-15 years and then be set for life.

Well the jobs it gave me don’t make sense for me but the jobs that I would like to have would be dry walling tiling flours and walls and making cabinets for kitchens and painting houses I want a job that I have to run around not a job that I sit at a desk and work on a computer all day I want to stay active and on the road but I don’t know I might take over my dad company aj investments with is where he buys houses that have been foreclosed on and he fix them up and resell them for a profit he also has a company called the Magar group witch his his appraisal company he apprises houses? So what I’m thinking about doing is apprentices for a painter/drywall/tiler and just take over AJ investments and do most of the work myself because I would know how to drywall paint and tile fours and wall that not a bad job but you need constant work cause the way it works is you get a lot of money but all at once so if u have a side job and do it you make a lot of money I would also like to be in the Military for a year or 2.

A Perfect Day



I would be doing stuff that I have never done be for like I would take my mom car out and drive it around. I would eat food that I have never tasted like Susie. I would make a bucket list and try to do all the things that I could in reason like I would go parachuting with my dad’s friend (he’s a pilot). I would have the most fun that I could have. I would go with my grandpa down south to West Virginia and visit my family down there one last time. I would spend the last 2 maybe 3 hours listening to music that I like. I would go hunting on my uncle property in West Virginia they have dirt bikes off road go carts they had horses a couple years ago but they died. They are on 9 Acers of land in the middle of nowhere in a small city suburban to Beckley. My aunt is a nurse and my uncle is a car mechanic. My uncle reminds me of Larry the cable guy by the way he talks and whenever I go down there I pick up the accent I can’t imitate it but I just talk like it on accident.
Their garage is bigger than their house and their house is a normal size 2 storey house. The cool part about the garage is the way you get to in it the way you do that is but going down a hill off of the gravel drive way and in to the garage but the part that you put your car in is like a basement then you go up stairs and you see go carts taken a part that that my uncle is working on.
They go hunting all the time if wake up early enough and look out the kitchen window you can see deer just walking by coming from the woods. They have a patch of wood that circle there land they are kind of hidden you can’t find their house with directions from someone the only way you get there is if you know where it is because over there they have a lot of unnamed dirt roads and the closest gas station is 5 mile away and if you get lost then you are screwed cause you can’t get cell phone signal over there unless you go by the stores 5 10 miles away.

After college ill be buying old gtos cameros mustangs firebirds chargers ect. to fix up and resell for a profit. Same with houses ill find forecloses that need work done and I’ll do it myself well what all that I can then ill resell it for a profit. Then in ten to fiffteen more years I don’t need to work anymore I’ll be set for life. Ill get a house with a huge backyard so I can ride drit bikes in my back yard I would have a cabin up north that I could go to in the winter to snow board and it wouldn’t be in canada but it would br up there.

Now a days just about every one have phone or a cell phone today people text picure mail and talk over phones that are so light that you forgit your phone was in your pants pocket. Blue Tooth is another cool way of talking to some one . what you do is to use ur blue tooth and hook it up to yor ophone wirelessly and u put ur phone in ur pocket and talk in to the blue tooth head set that is dangling off ur ear and the way u hear them talk is a speaker in the head set. oh and now a days u talk through ur car out off a mic in the stering wheel and hear through the car speakers.

this is my first year in hihgh school so im a freshman then a souftmore then a jr then sinor so far so good i have all nice teachers but since this is high school i cant mess around like i cant get imtrouble for suopide mistivios stuff any more. in way i like this school but hate that i have to wake up at 6 in the morning and be on the bus at 6:40 i miss when i could walk to school i got a little more sleep and breakfast i would eat egg and bacon and stuff that my mom made but now she doesnt get up in time to make food because im the first up so now its a poptart and out the door

In my oppinion the ideal school would have bigger lockers bigger hallways and have ufc a kayaking/canouing class(boating class) which would be fixing boats fishing which would be a gun class were we went to the gun range ever week
